This policy describes how Drop Dolar LLC (“we”) collects and uses information in the SocialFund iOS app and on this website.

1. Who we are

Drop Dolar LLC is a California limited liability company. SocialFund is our community-funding app. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we collect

You or Apple give us

• Display name and username you choose
• Email from Sign in with Apple, which may be a Hide My Email relay
• Biography and profile fields you edit
• Map pins, forum posts, messages, votes, and contribution plans you create

Apple Sign in

We receive an identifier and, if you share them, your name and email. We never see your Apple password.

Payments

This version uses Stripe test mode. We receive payment metadata (amount, status, Stripe or sandbox reference), not your full card number. When live payments exist, Stripe processes the card. We store confirmation data needed for the ledger and money trail.

Location

Optional. Block Circuit may use precise location only to check in at nearby game tiles. Tabletop play works without GPS. We do not use location for housing access, vote weight, Social Points, or charges.

Device

Basic device and app information used to run the app and reduce fraud (for example, that a request came from the signed-in member).

We do not collect Social Security numbers or government ID in this version.

3. How we use it

• Create and secure your member account
• Show your profile, pins, posts, and votes in the Service
• Run campaigns, one-person-one-vote ballots, and labeled test payments
• Publish a money trail for confirmed charges (amount, time, reference; name only if you allow it)
• Operate games and Impact XP (separate from Social Points)
• Respond to support and deletion requests
• Meet law-enforcement or legal duties if required

We do not use this information for cross-app tracking or advertising networks. We do not use the Apple Advertising Identifier.

4. What is public

• Display name and username if you use community features
• Map pins and forum posts you publish
• Aggregate totals (for example, pool progress)
• Confirmed contribution amount, time, and payment reference on the money trail
• Your name on the money trail only if you turn that setting on; otherwise “Anonymous backer”

We do not publicly list your full card number, Apple password, or private messages.

5. Who we share with

We share information only with processors who run the Service:

• Apple — Sign in with Apple
• Supabase — authentication and database
• Stripe — test checkout and, later, live payments

We may share information if the law requires it, to protect people from fraud or harm, or if we transfer the Service in a reorganization (you would get notice).

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention

We keep account data while the account is open. After you ask us to delete the account, we delete or de-identify Auth and member records we control, generally within 30 days, except records we must keep (for example, a payment reference on a public ledger, or a legal hold).

Game Impact XP is gameplay data tied to your member id and is removed with the account where the system allows.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, signed-in access, and database rules so members can edit only their own identity fields. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send card numbers to our email.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, email ryanfermoselle@outlook.com.

9. Your choices

• Edit name, username, and bio in the app
• Control whether your name appears on the money trail
• Decline location for games
• Sign out
• Request deletion: email ryanfermoselle@outlook.com with subject “Delete SocialFund account” and your username or Apple email

10. California privacy (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident you may request to know, correct, or delete personal information, and you may ask us not to sell or share it (we do not sell or share for advertising). Email ryanfermoselle@outlook.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify you through your Apple sign-in email.

Categories we collect are listed in section 2. We collect them for the purposes in section 3. We disclose them to the processors in section 5.

11. International

Servers may be in the United States. If you use the Service from another country, you agree to transfer to the U.S.

12. Changes

We will post the new date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted in the app when practical.
