DropDollar, LLC (“DropDollar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Sales Coach AI mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Sales Coach AI is an AI-powered sales training and CRM application for individual reps and sales teams.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information you enter or upload in the App, including:

• Name, email address, and account details (via Sign in with Apple)
• Company name and sales vertical/category
• CRM data: client names, companies, phone numbers, emails, notes, deal stages, values, tasks, and activity logs
• Training data: roleplay sessions, scores, scripts, and chat messages with the AI coach
• Integration settings you configure (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Calendar, Zapier webhook URLs)
• Business card images and scanned contact information
• Digital business card information you create
• Team information if you use team features

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use certain features, the App may collect:

• Device location (when you enable location services for map prospecting, route planning, and proximity alerts)
• Audio recordings from your microphone (during voice roleplay and live call co-pilot sessions)
• Photos and camera images (when you scan or import business cards)
• Usage information such as AI token usage, roleplay counts, and feature usage limits tied to your subscription tier
• Device and app information needed for basic functionality (e.g., app version, operating system)

2.3 Sign in with Apple

If you sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple user identifier and, on first sign-in, your name and email address (which may be Apple's private relay email). We do not receive your Apple ID password.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate the App, including CRM, pipeline, coaching, and platform features
• Deliver AI-powered features such as chat coaching, roleplay, scripts, proposals, forecasting, and business intelligence
• Personalize content based on your sales vertical and usage
• Sync or export data when you use integrations you configure
• Send location-based reminders when you are near pinned leads (if enabled)
• Track subscription usage limits and plan features
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the App and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Store Your Information

Much of your CRM, training, and account data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage (such as UserDefaults). If you delete the App or clear local data from Settings, locally stored information may be permanently removed.

If cloud services (such as Supabase or other backends) are enabled in your version of the App, some data may also be stored on servers operated by those providers. Integration credentials and webhook URLs you enter are stored on your device unless otherwise stated in the App.

5. AI and Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services to provide AI and backend functionality. When you use AI features, relevant portions of your input (such as chat messages, client context, call summaries, or business questions) may be transmitted to:

• OpenAI or similar AI providers (directly or through our backend)
• Railway or other cloud hosting providers that process API requests

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review:

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Integrations You Connect

If you connect third-party services (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Calendar, Zapier, Apple Calendar, or others), you control what data is imported, exported, or shared. Data sent to those services is governed by their privacy policies, not ours. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and use any contact or CRM data you upload.

7. Location Data

Location data is used only for features you enable, such as map prospecting, navigation, and proximity briefings near pinned leads. You can disable location access in your device Settings at any time. Some features may not work without location permission.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the App and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based

You can also:

• Sign out of the App
• Clear local CRM data in App Settings
• Disable location, camera, microphone, or photo access in iOS Settings
• Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

12. International Users

If you use the App from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request disclosure of categories of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact ryanfermoselle@outlook.com.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
